How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship overseas?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you need to return or exchange an item, please mail item with instructions for exchange or return to our mailing address. Your package should be insured, prepaid, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items are not returnable. Return / Exchange Form
We do not accept returns on jerseys that have been damaged due to improper care. We recommend that our jerseys be hand washed in cold water and hung to dry. Do not wash in hot water or heat dry them. Jerseys damaged due to improper care will not be replaced or accepted for return.

Are all items listed in stock?

Yes. All of the items that you see on the Internet are currently in stock. When the inventory of a specific item gets low, or runs out, it is taken off of the web site until we re-stock. The items on the Internet are the most current account of our inventory.

How do I request a catalog?

Requesting a catalog is very easy. You can call the proshop locally at (716) 648-6790, or toll-free at 1-888-283-4327, if calling outside the Buffalo area. You can also select the Request Catalog box on the web site. Catalogs will be mailed out in the order that the requests are received.

Do you provide a tracking number for my order?

We provide online tracking through UPS. When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number. Select the Track Order button to link to UPS to track your package.
